Step Three:
Attend Intake Interview
Following the documentation review, the next stage of the intake process will occur. Our staff will contact both parents to schedule separate intake orientation appointments.
Please bring the following:
your original signed copy of the registration packet
your picture identification and a photocopy
a money order for $40 for the session
any questions that you have about supervised visitation and monitored exchanges.
The intake interview will last between 45 min - 1hour and the discussion will focus on the following areas: submitted documentation, FAMNET's Standards & Policies, the 2008 California Uniform standards of practice for providers of supervised visitation, a preliminary visitation schedule, the current sliding fee scale and costs relative to services.
We will conduct a tour of the facility, discuss safety measures and review staff qualifications.
